Harassment

Actually they do not deserve any rating because of their poor service. Been receiving constant calls and messages about a person that share the same NAME as myself.....take note not surname or ID,but must have been giving my cellnr as contact no for arrears on a Home loan and a personal loan at FNB.Have sent numerous emails,called several times to clear this up and it just stops for a whole then it happens again. It's very poor on company side to not go back and check previous record or phone calls logged regarding this. They need to find a better way to ensure they have the correct person. I am at stage where I am going to see an attorney to send them a formal letter because it's annoying.
