Harassed for no reason due to FNB's mistake or not

All of a sudden I receive non stop phone calls that I owe payments on a FNB loan??? Firstly my loan was paid in 2015,in full and 4 years later I am being harassed for who knows what loan. I am not happy I am angry and if FNB needs to get their facts right before contacting their attorneys.

We refer to the complaint received on the 27 March 2019 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of First National Bank.

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.

We will be in contact with the complainant in an attempt to resolve the issue and trust that this matter will be resolved amicably
