Frustrated by the calls and sms every month even after paying my monthly instalment as agreed with this company
<p>I have a credit card with FNB in 2012 but I lost my job and still unemeployed. I was handed over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys by FNB. I made arrangements with them to pay R150.00 every month and after a few months they increased my instalment to R200.00 then R300.00. I now pay R300.00 every month . I pay them and send my proof of payments to several emails because I get different calls every day asking me to send the proof of payments dating as far back as February 2016 to end of July as they cant pick up the proof of payments on their system. I am tired and frustrated becuase everyday is the same call and sms reminding me that I have not pay my monthly instalament. My last instalment was paid on the 23rd July 2016 and I just received an sms telling me that i have not honoured my monthly instalment for July 2916. Can this comoany get it system in order because I cant take the stupid calls and sms anymore. I have send my proof of payments to ********** ********** ********** **********

Thank you but nothing has been done to date as I have just received another sms now at 09:48 from your office informing that my payment on my account has defaulted and I must pay immediately to avoid legal action and fees. You have failed to resolve the problem and you are creating another one by sending me sms threatening legal action. Which month are you referring to because i have been paying every month and send proof of payments? What kind of alwa firm is this? Sue me then you will liabile to pay for wasted costs
