Frustrated

I have been dealing with your call center and making payments as arranged and today I get a summons issued 16 Nov 2020 and stamped 21 Dec 2020. Two days ago I spoke to one of your agents and prior to that as well but nothing was ever mentioned about a summons. I get constant payment reminders even after payment is made and when I queried on your whatsapp group, I was told to ignore. How can this be? If the summons was issued then why wasn't I notified before this about it?
