I keep getting phoned for an account that was included in my sequestration in 2010. Now they say I am going to have a default judgement granted against me tomorrow. When I speak to them they say that they haven't commenced legal action. They undertook to get marlin to phone me. I'm still waiting. I gave them until 13:00 to send me a letter to apologise. Guess what - nothing! Now it's debt col council!
