<p>I keep getting harassed by the above Company, I have told them numerous times that I have not had a credit card in 20 years but they keep phoning and telling me I owe CNN R50k , I have sent them 2 emails and never even got as much as we received your email and we looking into it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they keep phoning my work number and when I answer the phone keeps being put down. I am at my wits need and don't know what to do anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please help me this is really driving me mad</p>

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.
