Failure to get a paid up letter
Please assist as I'm unable to get my Identity Account paid up letter, I call now and then with no luck. The last consultant called me and told me that my paid up letter will be sent, and that I should check my emails in five minutes, till now nothing.

What a happy day, i got a call from Vanessa with regard my query, it didn't even take an hour, my query was solved, i got the paid up letter. Venessa you deserve a trophy, the manner in which you solve queries, you have got excellent customer service and excellent communication skills.
