******ion - Collection fees

My Woolies account was handed over to B&L in 2013 after I made arrangements with them and they ensured me that they will not hand me over. Well since March 2013 I have had the pleasure to deal with *********** people 4-5 times a month. Clearly no recordings are made of conversations and no notes are taken. To my surpirse I requested a statement of Accounts - Whem B&L took over my account, my balance was R 10327.37, in the last 3 years a made payments to the value of R 8200.00. To my surprise I still owe the company R 9156.80 as they charged me R 7209.27 in collection fees - ***!!!!!!! I need an explantation and soon - Your service is appaling and when you contact the call centre you speak to people that are *********** and can't give answers. When I spoke to Fabian Fransman this morning his reactions was that " that is our collection fees" This is bull**** - No wonder people run away and wait for debt to prescibe - Not a happy customer - As i AM CLEARLY lining your pockets I want Answers Immediately !!!!!
