Excellent service and response received from Prince Samba

<p>Yesterday I lodged a complaint with Brooks and Luyt via this platform. I was amazed when the Call Centre Manager, Prince Samba, responded within the hour. The manner in which he responded to was most excellent. He showed me that as a consumer, I was valued and important. He not only resolved my query in a timely manner but also gave me absolute assurance in regards to the matter. He has been most knowledgeable and has throughly resolved the issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>Prince is an asset to Brooks and Luyt. I would hope that the managers below him as well as the service consultants and other members of staff, would take a chapter out of his book and apply it in their lives and work. It would definitely help them and others around them, especially their consumers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Once again Prince, thank you so much for your kind assistance. It is greatly appreciated.
