Excellent service

Good day. After recent events with my account, I wish to inform you that I will only deal with Vanessa Applegreen. The reason for this is that she was the only one that took my issue and resolved it within a day. She displayed the professionalism that has to be displayed by debt collectors. I was treated with respect and dignity by her, unlike your other employees, who are full of threats. She most certainly deserve an accolade in the manner in which she handle my situation.
