Don't the give their staff real work to do??????????

I have this month so far received 58 calls from the Brooks and Luyt call centre. I have a monthly payment plan which is up to date, so there is absolutely no need to call me. I have been requesting a statement on my account for more than a year as the amount owed never seems to reduce at all. No joy on the statement. When I do answer the phone, they have nothing to say because my arrangment is up to date. Best of all, I regularly receive e-mail and sms communications, often on exactly the same day, thanking me for being up to date and threatening me with legal action for not paying. Go figure. They are a law firm, albeit and extraordinarily *********** one, so perhaps its time to get the Law Society involved. I am willing to offer my services to give their call centre staff training. I have 10 years experience in credit control, and 15 years experience in training. They desparately need this, as their staff are clearly given a phone and told to harass people without any training at all in how to actually go about collecting money. My outstanding account is a Woolworths one, so I am afraid this nothing for my opinion of Woolworths. By the way, I tell as many people as I can about my negative experience of both Brooks and Luyt and Woolworths. Here's a simple training tip - don't call your clients 58 times in 21 days - its a serious waste of money. Not so much time - your staff are useless anyway so their time has no value.

96
