The true masters of the f**k around! I got a settlement offer back in July for my Edgars account, honored it by paying the settlement and emailed the necessary proof of payment to a Fikile Dube who then said I will get my paid up letter in 14 days. Called in a couple of times to be given the run around, and promised the request was put in for the letter. Called in a few minutes ago and got assisted by a gentleman name Dalmain who confirmed that my paid up letter request had in fact not been put through and he's doing it for the first time! Is this settlement letter thing just a ploy??? and since I have honored, why not pay the rest, I'm thinking that is the tactic been used. Stop messing around and sort out my settlement letter for my Edgars account!!!
