Dismal attitude

I paid a debt off over 2 years ago

Found out yesterday that it was STILL on my record.

Tried speaking to a person in legal debt. She got very rude and when I called her out, she just hung up. I tried calling back and it just rang.

Your company had made a mistake and has been sitting on my money for 2 years and it has been negatively impacting my financial record and I would like to speak to someone that can actually help me.

You guys messed up but you treat me like a ********. Take some accountability for your actions and teach your staff how to behave professionally.

Just because you're in the collections game, does not mean you can treat people like this.

It's sad that I have to come to this platform to even hope to get anywhere with your company.
