Disgusting Service!!!

Such disappointing service. I get calls from different people every single day, harrassing me at my work phone, cellphone, home phone! After agreeing on a payment arrangement, I was called to my office phone once again this morning. The consultant firstly did not give me his name. He was stuttering as if he did not know what to tell me. I explained the situation to him and he just went quiet. I could hear breathing and noises in the background but he was not responding to anything I asked him. That's when I dropped the phone. Really disappointing and unprofessional service. I still can't understand why a big entity such as Capitec to make use of these guys. Anyway, I can't wait to settle my account with them and never seeing or hearing that name again!
