Disgusting and ******** Harassment by Brooks and Luyt – Sending Sheriff to My Home Over Prescribed Debt!

I am absolutely outraged and disgusted by the actions of Brooks and Luyt! This company crossed every possible boundary today when they sent a sheriff to my private residence, where he disclosed personal and confidential information about a loan to my mother which was now written off by the bank.

Let me be crystal clear: I have an official letter from Standard Bank confirming that this debt has been prescribed and written off. Despite this, Brooks and Luyt has resorted to ************ tactics, sending someone to my house and publicly discussing my financial matters with a third party who has no legal right to access that information. This is not only ********* – it is a gross violation of my privacy and potentially a breach of South African law (POPIA).

How dare this company expose my personal information like that? It is disgraceful, unprofessional, and traumatizing. I have lost all respect for how this so-called debt collection company operates. I demand that action be taken immediately and that this matter be escalated to the highest possible level. I am also seeking legal advice and will be reporting this to the NCR and the Information Regulator.

To others reading this: if you’re being harassed by Brooks and Luyt or their new alias CSS Solutions, know your rights. No company has the right to humiliate and harass you over old, prescribed debt.

Shame on you, Brooks and Luyt. You are a disgrace.
