Defaulter Letter when payment was made

Good day

I need urgent assistance on my ABSA CREDIT CARD which is currently with Brooks and Luyts Attorney. Payment arrangement was made with a call centre agent mid January, 1st payment of R160 was due by the 31 Jan 2016, payment was made and reflected with Brooks and Luyt before that date which was the 26th January 2016. However by the 28 January a letter was received saying I've defaulted on a payment agreement and the letter clearly shows that payment was received on the 26th January, so what on earth is going on with these letters and accounts, is there no connection between payment plans made telephonically which are recorded and these letters?

I further receive an sms around the 22nd Jan 2016 of a 50% discount, I called this past Friday the 29th January, however no-one helped, I was on hold for another 5min, calling from my mobile and the call dropped while I was holding to be transferred to the person dealing with my case

I urgently need assistance to find out about my payment arrangement made mid January as well as
assistance to find out about the 50% discount and if this can be payable over the next 3 months

Thanking you in advance
