DEFAULT DATA NOT REMOVED

Hi

I was listed as default payer for 2 years. My credit report shows that my FNB account was moved to PAID UP after that 2 year period had passed.

Surprisingly, The account reverted backward to being in arrears the following month!! How is this even possible?

This is captive behavior, It cannot happen that you keep account information indefinitely (Even after listing me for a default)

(Section 73) (Regulation 17) of the NCR act states that the retention period for adverse information that is listed (default) is 2 years.

Hi

Please do not insult my intelligence.

I got a call from someone at your company saying I'm claiming prescription (which is not the case).

My account was handed over and a default letter was issued, I was listed for two years from the date of default. The FNB account was moved to PAID on the 2nd anniversary of the default then reverted back to arrears.

I know my what I'm saying, please dont play DUMB.

The retention period for for adverse listing is 2 years, WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL SHOWING ARREARS???????????

Regards
