Debiting Accounts ********ly and without consent

Good day

I would like to confirm hereby that this account has been paid off in full and instructions to close the account was given by my attorneys in 2007 already.

I have also spoken to a consultant at Card collections at FNB, and she has also confirmed this with me that a full amount has been paid, which reflects on my statement for that year. Since then, there was somehow an outstanding balance incurred on that account without any of my knowledge, and thus resulting in the account falling into arrears yet again, specifically after there was instructions to close the account after it has been paid off.

Now for some reason, an amount of R2270, was deducted from my FNB Cheque account on the 2nd of february 2015, without my consent to any debit order whatsoever, for this card, as well as I had no prior knowledge of this account still existing and any amounts in arrears. Which is extremely ********, *******, and ********** if you ask me!

I would like to ask that the amount of R2270 that has been deducted from my Cheque account be refunded into my account please. Or please contact me to make alternative arrangements. Alternatively, i am forced to proceed with legal action.
