DEBIT ORDER!!!
We have made payment on 29/05/2020 and I have not received my paid up letter and someone in your office made a mistake by deducting R1200 from my husbands account this needs to be paid back as a matter of urgency!!! how can you still take a debit order for an account that has been paid up!!!
Please get back to me ASAP

19 Jun 2020, 05:26I just want to mention that your manager Benjamin Muller also did not give feedback as promised i was promised a letter from him in 1 week after payment was made it has now been almost 30 days and no letter has been received
