Continued Harrasment for somebody else's debt & utterly *********** operators.

In December 2015 I received a new contract phone, shortly thereafter I started receiving calls and messages from Brooks & Luyt representetives on a monthly and sometimes two weekly basis. After numerous explenations and pleads for them to stop contacting me, eventually in November 2016 the calls stopped but the sms's continued. Then at the end of January I was assured that I was now completely removed from their system and that they would also contact their client, FNB, to remove my number from their system.

Then on the 17th of February 2017 another sms after wich I contacted the call centre and requested that one of the partners please contact me personally. I was assured that my message would be relayed. I am however still for a call-back.

Then today I received yet another sms ...... When I called the call centre again I again requested to speak with one of the partners, I was transferred to Kennith, a supervisor, who bluntly refused to let me speak to his manager and after going though the whole history numerous times and explaining to him that from past experience I do not believe he is capable of assisting me and that I insist on speaking to a more senior staff member in the absence of one of the partners, he mainttained that he would not put me through to management or pass a message along. I threatened to lay charges of harrasment against the partners and their client if the matter is not resolved, his answer was "Go ahead and do it!"

I have contactated FNB trequesting them to remove my number from this other person's details only to be informed that they can only do this with his permission and not on my request alone.
