Constant Harrassment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brooks and Luyt have been harassing me for the past 3 months. I have been told that there are two accounts that I owe by a consultant named Lydia. I provided a paid up letter to Ellen Skhakhane and Vanessa Applegreen and made arrangements for the second account.
I made payments for the outstanding account and requested a paid up letter from Ellen and Vanessa but my emails went unanswered.
What’s ****ing me off the most is that Lydia still keeps harassing me and other consultants are constantly calling me and no one seems to want to give me my paid up later.
I want this matter to be resolved ASAP or I will escalate this matter further legally if need be.
We refer to the complaint received on 15 September 2018 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of Capitec Bank.
