Constant Harrassment

I am very upset. My husband has just received another sms notification from this office; after I have sent emails to them. My husband suffers from a genetic disease and it causes anxiety, which leads to him getting ill. I will not have him getting ill over things like this; as this is a life-threatening and life-shortening condition; made worse by stress and anxiety. I am fed up with going back and forth with their client and sending information to their offices; with no response.
