Concerned

I am on Debt review and was retrenched in October I made a payment in November but was not able to do so in Dec and Jan, no phone calls was made to me I just received a email from Brooks and Luyt stating that the debt review was cancelled because I defaulted and that they will enforce their rights to get the money, how ever I did reply with a email stating that I was unable to pay but will pay again from Feb 2020. They do not acknowledge this even though I am trying to communicate with them. I am not trying to shy away from my commitments but it is very difficult if you have no communication channel
