Worst service ever. I make.payments and when asking for a statement for the account there is always a lot of excuses for not having it. Either they are not aware of the request or they are waiting for the bank or some other lame excuse. I am paying for 4 years now and no statement yet. This is the worst service. Even though payments are made messages are sent that no payment was recieved.
