Close my account down !

I received calls from brooks and luyt last week regarding a standard bank account I closed down in nov last year. Supposedly it has been in arrears and I was charged 1079 rand. I went to standard bank fourways on the 27th march and they reversed the charges and closed the account down. They sent the letter to brooks and called them to say it has been fixed. I am now getting mails saying I will be blacklisted if I don't arrange payment. I think this is a very unprofessional firm. This has been sorted out! Look at your emails as you say you have it after I called today and take me off your system! I am not responsible for anything as standard bank have sorted it out and you have proof and so do I. I dealt directly with the customer service manager and she spoke to tapuwa or someone like that at brooks. Take me off this list and make sure I am off it. This is a massive inconvenience to me! Please sort your accounts out and when it is sorted act accordingly. I have made complaints to standard bank head office aswell and they have apologized. Now please fix this on your side immediately
