Brooks & sluyt is a ****

I own nedbank amount of R2,630.51. So nedbank handed my account to brooks & sluyt. On the 13 of December i received my salary, then nedbank debit all the amount i owned . so Brooks & sluyt told me that amount is not taken by them. So i can't pay double amount to Brooks & sluyt and nedbank. Brooks & sluyt must talk with nedbank. I think Brooks & sluyt is a ****. I want to take them to the media because i fixed everything with nedbank. I also paid nedbank the amount i owned and i paid extra amount because i owed nedbank R1500 i paid 2,630.51. I'm not a brooks & sluyt customer.
