Brooks & Luyt - Unprofessional Dept Collection with outdated database.

This firm rely on harassment to do debt collection. This is the 3de time I complained about them on this site. I had a problem with Capitec. they supp**** me all the information I required I paid the amount due. I received a Paid Up Letter from Capitec, as well as a copy of the instructions to Brooks and Luyt that the account is paid up. This is more than a month ago, and each day I receive a call from them, when I answer there are no one on the other side. I also receive this SMS daily. "Despite previous attempts to offer assistance your Capitec account remain unpaid. Legal Action to follow." Are their data base so outdated that they do not know if an account are paid.
