Brooks & Luyt threats

This is a complaint. Nothing good can be said about this company. A debit order went off every month and in September 2019 it just stopped. Nobody phoned me or anything about this. January 2020 I received a threatening call about I haven't paid anything since September. I told them nobody informed me about this and asked why did they stop the debit order. Still waiting for a answer on the questions. I told them to send me a statement. R819 still owe them. On the 21 January I received a sms telling me I can get 50% off. I emailed them this sms and set I will take the deal and they must send me the settlement letter first before I pay anything. Only on the 27 January they called me and I told them about the email I send to them and I am still waiting on the settlement letter. The guy confirmed to the amount of R409.50 will be the settlement amount. I told him I want the letter. Still waiting. 30 January someone again called me and in the meantime I received alot of threatening emails and sms. Told the lady I am still waiting on the settlement letter. I paid the R409.50 and thought this case is closed but they still continue to harass me. I haven't receive the letter. They even phoned me at work. A Supervisor or Manager phoned me telling me that the other guy didn't had the authority to agree on the settlement amount. I told them that isn't my problem and they are not getting a cent more out of me. This case is closed. They still continue to harass me with phone calls and threatening emails. I will make a formal complaint to the Corporate Bank at FNBs complaints department.
