I constantly receive calls and SMSs from this company regarding payments on a Nedbank loan - I do not have a Nedbank account. I answered one of their calls to find out what the story is. Turns out they have the wrong cellphone number, which I informed the lady about as well as asked that they update their system to remove my cell number immediately. I have had this cellphone number since 2005.

They did not!! After receiving numerous calls and SMSs, I phoned the number and quoted them their reference number. The lady immediately asked if I was Ms Z.D. (not going to state her name here), I informed them that the person they are looking for is, firstly, a Black woman and I am White. Secondly, I do not know the person they are looking for. Thirdly, they have the wrong cellphone number. And fourthly, I kindly asked them AGAIN to remove my cellphone number from their system. They are still sending SMSs and still phoning me - although I have now blocked their number. How do I stop them from harassing me each day? Who do I report this to? This is getting out of hand. Brooks & Luyt, you need to get your facts straight and stop harassing people!!
