I have a loan with Standard Bank which I am paying off as per an agreement. I am getting threatening emails from *** saying that a letter of demand and summons has been issued due to my unpaid account. The loan account number they give as reference is not my account number, so being threatened with legal action and a summons when: a) this is not my account number; and b) I have a payment agreement in place which I am honouring is completely unacceptable and reeks of a possible ****!
