Brooks and Luyt very poor service!!!!!

I was contacted in Aug with a settlement amount for my ABSA outstanding account. I settled the account on 1 August 2019. I was told that the settlement letter will be available in 14 days. since then I have been phoning Brooks and Luyt asking them for the settlement letter and why am I still receiving SMS's for this account. After 2 months I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Every answer was " they are in a meeting" so then about 3 weeks ago i insisted on speaking to a supervisor even if I have to hold the line for 3 hours. eventually I spoke to a David that assured me that Valerie who is working on the account will phone me back in the afternoon. I asked for direct lines because every time I phone the call centre just says that all supervisors are in a meeting. he gave me 2 direct lines. this morning of 13 November 2019. I again phoned. Valerie didn't answer her phone. Davids line was picked up by a consultant. he remember me with the problem that I had and transferred me to Valerie. Valerie then said she's in a meeting and would phone me back in 15 min. its been three hours now and no one once again has phoned me back. when calling Valeries direct line its either a busy tone or no answer. when phoning Davids line a consultant answers. Again the answers are no supervisors are available. I received a sms from ABSA this morning stating that they have a special offer me on settlement and that I should contact them. now, how if I paid the settlement at an attorney, does ABSA sms me with a settlement offer? this is pathetic. "we will phone you back" and never receive a phone call back. I have to phone 7 times a day. not clearing this up
