Brooks and Luyt - Unprofessional, Blullying, Harassment

This must be one of the most *********** businesses I have ever had the misfortune to work with. The only strategy they know is Bulling and Harassment. Capitec Bank handed me over to them to collect an amount that I have already paid. I tried to explain it to them and each time I ask for the bank to please supply me with a statement showing where I owe them, they explain that they can only supply me with a letter form the bank saying I owe them. I now that all the amounts I owe Capitec is paid and I have the proof also, but each week a new rep for Brooks and Luys calls me and I have to explain the whole story. This morning the lady phoning me even suggested I Pay the R780 and avoid being blacklisted because then I cannot get credit anywhere. Is this what a Professional Law Firm are standing for these days? Do the consumer still have rights to request proof of credit from a Credit Provider? harassment
