This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I called the company to make a payment arrangement while on the call I spoke to a lady(philani madondo) she advised me if I settle the account I will receive a 70% discount, I agreed and was sent a settlement letter she loaded a debit order to go off on my account for the full settlement amount and then a few days passed I received a call advising me that I still owe on the account I advised them that I have settled and they said it will take 20 days for the debit order to clear before I will receive my paid up letter up until today I still receive ******** and rude employees calling me and telling me that I need to pay and have still not received my paid up letter.
