Brooks and Luyt NEVER response to requests

I've been asking Brooks and Luyt over and over for a statement in order for me to see if i can afford to settle my account, but they NEVER EVER respond to me, and every month i have a debit order that i NEVER miss, but they still try to call me a day or two before the debit comes off aswell as on the day that the payment has been made and all the times that i can answer the call then they're calling me to tell me to make provision for the debit order then i must tell them its already been deducted and once or twice i asked them to send me a statement but that of course never happened and they call me at awkward times as i cant always take calls at work
