Brooks and Luyt I hand you over to authorities for mental and emotional stress!!!!!!
I was alarmed by a call from the very smart Nombuso who accused me of owing money to SARS even when I explained numerous times that I'm unemployed and I have notified SARS she argued with me. I phoned SARS as per my case numbers I was informed that my account is inactive and they haven't the slightest clue as to what I'm talking about. Turns out your very bright consultant thought I was someone else and caused me emotional stress and grief as I'm a stand up citizen. Do you not train your staff to confirm if they speaking to the right person before talking???? Extremely annoyed
