Brooks and Luyt - FNB - THE RICH GET RICHER

Hi,

I have had a personal loan with FNB. I have been making payment to DMC in which they have stopped contacting me. The loan was taken out on the 27th of January 2014 for an amount of R10,000. i have paid way more than R10,000 including interest on this loan and paid way more and now Brooks and Luyt are contacting me for debt which is 6 years old. In over 4 years no one has contacted me for this loan nor have i made anymore payments as i thought that this debt was settled. I am a consumer and i know my rights, You cannot contact me or claim money is owed if i have not paid you a cent in 3 years. THIS DEBT IS PRESCRIBED!!!

I request for my name to be cleared of any listing which may be recorded and removed from my credit report. Just to be clear, collection on prescribed debt is ******* so both Brooks and Luyt and FNB are doing ********* collecting.

Brooks and Luyt you agents were not helpful in the matter, one agent did not even put in notes, when another consultant contacted me previously she advised that she cannot see any notes on system, are you guys running a professional company or just saving on cost and not really satisfying your client (FNB) with professional service and collection s****s they are paying you guys commission for :)
