Brooks and Luyt attorneys

What a pathetic service I had encountered from Brooks and Luyt attorneys. In November 2022, they called me and offered a settlement for my account with Absa bank. On the 4November I paid the full amount as we agreed. I was promised that within 21 days a paid up letter will be send to me, I called them to confirm if they have received the payment and they told me that they have received proof of payment. To this day, I still haven't received anymore communication. When I called them in December 2022. They told that they are waiting for Absa to issue the paid up letter. What is more worse is the fact that on my credit profile it still reflecting that I owe Absa bank. I tried countless times to contact them and everytime I'm calling them the call gets dropped and they are not responding to my emails either. These people are ******** and I'm going to deal with them until I get the paid up letter as I was promised.
