I have been waiting for a paid up letter for more than twenty days now. I have paid you the money you have been hounding me for. Can I now please have my letter that prooves that I have paid you in full for the woolworths account. I have delt with Cindy, Eric, Michael, Constance, Jafta, and Sureya.

We refer to the complaint received on the 20 February 2019 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of Woolworths.

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.

We will be in contact with the complainant in an attempt to resolve the issue and trust that this matter will be resolved amicably
