Brookes & Luyt and STD Bank

Extremely poor service from Brooks & Luyt i=on behalf of Std Bank. I have sent about 5 emails today requesting feedback as to why I am getting threatening emails and smses from brooks and luyt regarding my standard bank account. Cindy Gumede is the administrator but she has no skill in customer care. I am so sick and tired of this firm and the manner in which they deal with customers. They dont even have a handle on your account. Debit order's that are set up with a specific date and and then it doesnt go off your account. Even when I do an immediate payment to ensure that the account remains in good standing I still get threatening sms's and emails saying that the account I am now being placed on the bad debtors list. Yet I pay consistently each month. Vusimusi Moekena and Cindy Gumede what kind of administrators are you. Brooks & Luyt mentions on their website their employees are skilled. This statement remains to be seen, I cannot wait until this account is paid up in a few months I will never ever in my life want to deal with this *********** company ever again, Std Bank the same.
