Brooks & Luyt and Barrett & Associates are both trying to get money out of me for the same debt. I have sent a couple of emails to try and resolve this situation but to no avail. What can I do when two different debt collectors are constantly harassing me for the same debt (agreed amount is paid monthly and POP sent)? Not only are they rude (Brooks & Luyt) but also unwilling to respond to something that clearly affects their business ???? Who do you believe has your debt ... and who is just randomly claiming a monthly payment. Where is my money? Why is nobody communicating or assisting to resolve ???
