Beyond totally fed up!! I hope this gives even more insight to their "special" s****sets

Kudos to Brooks & Luyt for employing so many intellectually challenged people. Not only are they extremely RUDE but overly *********** to do their job. They call you numerous times a day and then just doesn't speak when you do answer, and 9/10 times there is always somebody screaming in some or other non English/Afrikaans language in the background, or my personal favourite they call you and then carry on with their personal phone calls while you are waiting for them to say something to you. You have to repeatedly explain the same thing over and over. Crayola doesn't make big enough crayons to draw them a picture and when you do get to draw the picture and you fax and email the picture to them, they still just don't get it. 1/10000 times you are lucky when a consultant calls you and they can actually speak and understand English and have enough common sense to do proper mathematical calculations with the information that you supply them with. Then you have peace for about 2 months, then the **** just starts again, even when you make your payments on time and you paid the agreed amount, they still persist in harassing you nonstop!!! They are experts in HARASSMENT. They have harassed me so much by now and threatened me so much that I am getting suicidal due to that. Let us all give them a slow clap for their gigantic effort in ************. Oh, and don't even bother to try and make new payment arrangements or bother trying to inform them to change any personal details or anything for that matter. It is always "the system's" fault. Please stop blaming the "system" when clearly the problem is between the chair and the keyboard!!! Or fix the ****** system!!!

Brooks & Luyt and your employees, I want to thank you for making my life HELL, thank you for harassing me, threatening me, trying to intimidate me before, during and after I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. Thank you for your repeated threating phone calls while I was getting my chemotherapy and trying to fight just to stay alive and recover from chemotherapy and that I am still trying to recover from. Thank you for insisting that unemployed and disabled people who are on minuscule Social grants, pay thousands of Rands instead of being grateful that they are still trying to pay whatever they can afford to pay EVERY month. Thank you for your one extremely "intelligent" employee who very rudely told me to get a job while I was hospitalised, and who told me I should've made sure that I didn't get Cancer by wearing protection, that I should've planned my life better... Yes, I totally planned to get Stage 4 Cancer, it was on my Bucket List of deadly diseases to get that obliterates your whole body, mind and life. Yeah, yup, you can apparently plan and prevent to get a type of Cancer that the Medical Researchers of the world doesn't even know the origin or cause of. I tell you, those consultants at Brooks & Luyt are Oncology experts, clearly, they all know something about Cancer that the rest of the Universe doesn't know. I guess the Oncologists worldwide didn't get the memo from that Brooks & Luyt employee that wearing ******s prevents Hodgkins Lymphoma and other Lymphoma related cancers. Mindblowing stuff.
