Bad service

Very very bad service. You can ask them to send a paid up letter 1 million times, but they still send messages that your account is not paid. Phone calls is still coming through and when you answer the phone the person on the other side just drop the phone. This is unacceptable. To think that WesBank is working through them is really worrying. Brooks and Luyt, please send a paid up letter and stop calling and sms us.
