Bad service

Ref no:*** Ref no: *** This company hounded me for years calling almost everyday regarding accounts Pestering me with calls and sms's Threatening me with putting a judgement on my name.

I have manage to raise the funds to settle both a loans with reference numbers noted above.

I called to confirm if they received payment, they acknowledge that payment was received. I asked for a paid up letter ,they advised it takes 7 working days. It's past that date no letter was received. I still get calls regarding these accounts and then the consultant checks the system to see that I made payment and drops the call ,this is harassment.

This company has very poor work ethic ,procedures and processes' s in place

Please send me the recordings when the settlement amount was discussed and concluded. There was information not disclosed to me , I would like to query that
