Bad customer service.
Having read all the reviews here I can agree that they have bad customer service, the agents have contacted me the entire day today and even after informing them that I have made an agreement with the relevant parties. They have gone as far as threatening me with summons and I keep informing them I HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE RELEVANT PARTIES.
