Sometimes the line was strangely quiet after answering and the operator would start speaking after the fourth hello but apart from that these people took the strain all the way. Honouring arrangements being understanding when some oopsies happened AND complete tranceparrency and communication during the final settlement until the bank finally gives their final OK. These guys deserve a pat on the back.
