First of the alleged debt is prescribed, as more than 3 years have passed between 2010 and 2014. If you claim otherwise I require proof (recorded telephone conversation) that I was contacted by you before and not after 3 years. I was retrenched long before 2010 and was not living at that address you referred too, I had a Debt Protection Plan 1 for which I paid R32.39 per month. I would also require from you, your personal debt collectors registration number (if none can be provided you have no right to communicate with me and I require someone who is registered) a copy of the mandate to collect alleged debt and copy of the original signed instrument of debt. A copy of the latest statement from the company claiming ownership of the alleged debt. As well as your company's registration number with the council of debt collectors.<br> <br> I require all ******* debits to be reimbursed and will be lodging a complaint by the council of debt collectors. I demand this matter be settled within 24 hours per email so I have written proof<br> <br> this issue is not resolved
