Adverse judgments even though arrangements made
I have noticed that I have adverse information on my Compuscan credit record for my FNB PERSONAL LOANS account.
This adverse information has been placed on the 05-04-2017. Also, on the 05-04-2017 a pre-arranged debit order was successful from my account.
The issue with that is that there was obviously an arrangement in place before the adverse information was reported, proven by the fact that the debit order went off on the very day.
I am paying R1000 per month and the monthly payment for the account is marked as R887,00. I have also seen that I am 2 months behind, which nobody has informed me of. I have a statment, issued last year, which does not state anything about being 2 months behind and Lerato Moroane ********** and other members has not informed me about that in any of our correspondence.
I have also noticed that this adverse information reflects on my Transunion credit report as well, added that that ANOTHER handover was issues in November 2017.
I've threatened before to go to the ombudsman, and I shall be doing so now.
