Account fully paid but still receiving messages that I am owing. Not Happy

I am very unhappy, with how you conduct business. I paid up my Truworths account but I always get a message saying my account is not paid. I have contacted your office on a number of occasions requesting a paid-up letter even now I am still waiting. However, while waiting I keep getting messages and messages.
