account balance statement refused

Brooks and Luyt is collecting money on behalf of FNB/Discovery bank. ***. I have been paying this account religiously since 2019. Now I need balance on what is owed, and they are not fort coming. I went the whole month of November and December, but nothing is forthcoming. I have decided not to pay until they provide with balance statement.

This is not life insurance account. I need my statement of balance owing. They send me messages, but they don't respond to my request. Its either it's paid up, but they still need free money. I ask to speak to supervisor, but they put Fone on hold until u give up. They are Brooks and Loot now.
