Absolute shocking service.

Guys are absolutely the most unprofessional company ever. My wife gets called in October to say the account is settled and she will receive her paid up letter. After calling numerous times to get this paid up letter, the letter is never received and 4 months later she gets a call from them saying there is an outstanding amount of just over R1000. They have stopped the debit order in June and October she gets the call to say the account is settled. Absolutely shocking service. Today she gets a call saying that the interest has only been implemented now. Total disgust in this company. How there is no regulators on these companies is ridiculous.
